Our Story

Unified Village was born out of both lived and professional experience. Founder Traci Schultz and her husband spent over a decade fostering more than 30 children and are now adoptive parents to four boys with unique needs. With a background in early childhood education and training in neuroscience-informed approaches, Traci knows firsthand the challenges—and the possibilities—of supporting children with complex behaviors.
